AMD Catalyst on suspend / hibernate no display

I am using AMD catalyst driver for my R7 graphic card. I have duel head setup on my desktop. THe issue is both suspend and resume some times work sometimes the machine turns on and boots but I only see a cursor in top left of the screen and harddisk busy light keep flickering, even after hrs nothing happens it stays the same i cant change tty so i have to do ctrl + alt + del to reboot.

I have blacklisted radeon module as per wiki.
