Reboot after hibernation with systemd

I dual boot Arch Linux and Windows and sometimes hibernate my Arch Session to do some work in Windows.
I would like systemd to reboot my PC after hibernation and not power it off. Apparently

/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-sleep hibernate

starts the hibernation but it allows no other options besides sleep, hibernate and hybrid.
Do you have any ideas?

Thanks
