Hi guys,
when I start playonlinux on my laptop (using Nvidia Optimus) I get the following error message:
PlayOnLinux is unable to find the 32bit OpenGL libraries.
You may encounter problems with your games.
When I start PlayOnLinix in the terminal it (additionally) prints a XServer error to it (Failed request [...] X_GLXCreateContext)
The same error is printed when I start steam (installed by POL) manually with wine. I also tried starting POL with optirun, but it didn't change anything.
However the libs seem to be installed:
$ pacman -Qs lib32 | grep nvidia
local/lib32-nvidia-libgl 358.16-1
local/lib32-nvidia-utils 358.16-1
$ cat /etc/pacman.conf | grep -A 1 "multilib\]"
[multilib]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlistOn the other hand 'locate libglx' doesn't list any lib32 library.
Did I miss something? How do I get POL (Steam) to work?
Thanks in advance

Have you seen https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bumblebee ? I'm pretty sure you don't need (lib32)-nvidia-libgl but lib32-mesa-libgl with bumblebee

Thanks that solved it. Yeah, I read that wiki article when I installed the laptop. However that was months ago. When I installed POL I thought I had to install the 32-bit nvidia driver manually and so lib32-nvidia-libgl landed on my laptop.
I thought the error had something to do with POL and thus googled for the wrong things.

How can I mark this thread as solved?
