Hi, I've been trying to setup wireless under Arch (and before Slackware, but gave up on that once I had Arch ) for a while now, but I only have wifi at school so I can't test it that often. I have an atheros chipset and I'm able to scan for networks just fine. The problem arrives when I try to use DHCP to obtain an ip address. When i try this, it just keeps on trying till it times out and when I check iwconfig ath0 afterwards, after "Rx invalid nwid:" it says a number of packets or something. I'm guessing this is the number of packets rejected because of an "invalid network id"?? or something.. I tried searching on the forums but couldn't find anything so if anyone knows what could be causing this, please let me know. It seems that even though I can send a DHCP request, my configuration won't accept the packets from the access point for some reason
