compiz-xfce animation plugin

i use xfce4 and compiz-emerald WM, when i activate animation plugin some weird things happen, flicker, stutering graphics, i only able to use minimize plugin, but animation and animation add on bring me trouble, i just want to enable burn effect and i can't, cpu is intel pentium dual core, vga is nvidia 8400GS, opengl 3.3

which bring the problems? compiz-xfce, driver or others?
