VirtualBox 5.0.10 doesn't executes as normal user (Error 0x80470007)

If I try to open VB as normal user I get an error:

"Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.
The application will now terminate."

Details:

"Receptor RC:
NS_BASE_STREAM_WOULD_BLOCK (0x80470007)"

Curiosly, VirtualBox works as root. No problems.

I already try with:

modprobe vboxdrv

And doesn't work neither. What can I do?

Is your user in the correct group?

Groups are necessary?
I remember that when I created my user I skipped the group configuration...
In what group I need to join?

Doesn't work. After use:

# gpasswd -a $USER vboxusers

...and relog the session.
