Laptop monitor is black after boot, external monitor is working

Hi,

I have a laptop with a 6th generation i5 and integrated intel graphics (HD 520). First problem I ran into was that Cinnamon freezes all the time. I had to shutdown the laptop forcefully. I was advised that the problems stopped when installing the new Kernel (4.3-1) from testing and that's what I did. It sort of works. I haven't had any freezes but my internal laptop monitor is just black when I am booting.
I can use the "Display" settings from cinnamon and disable and reenable the laptop monitor and suddenly it starts working just fine. On the next reboot it's the same problem again. When the external monitor is not connected to the laptop I currently cannot use it at all.

This is my /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf:

Section "Monitor"
	Identifier	"eDP1"
EndSection

Section "Monitor"
	Identifier	"HDMI1"
EndSection

Section "Device"
	Identifier "Intel Graphics"
	Driver "intel"
EndSection

Section "Screen"
	Identifier "Screen0"
	Device "Intel Graphics"
	Monitor "eDP1"
EndSection

I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

EDIT: After some further research, this seems to be the same or a very similar problem: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/46968
