It seems like the frcon package contains an error. After installing and immidiate removing the following is logged:
$ sudo pacman -Rc fcron

Please open a bug report against fcron (assuming it hasn't already been reported).
The reason the error happens is because "USERGROUPS_ENAB" is set to "yes" in /etc/login.defs, this means that userdel removes the group as well (if no other users are in it). I'm not sure if this is a recent change, but it means that the groupdel call in the post_remove scriptlet is redundant.
The error is harmless, it just means that the fcron group couldn't be removed (because it already was removed by userdel).
