Bluetooth does not work

Hi, I have problems with my Bluetooth dongle. It just cannot work.

#systemctl status bluetooth

I have tried to downgrade to bluez 5.28-1 like in comment:

But  downgrade tool does not see that verision

$downgrade bluez bluez-utils

I have tried several versions, result is the same.
Is this upstream bug, or just archlinux bug, or I have not configured something correctly?

I have manged to move couple of steps forward.

I have installed blueman, and i have successfully connected my portable keyboard to my computer, but communication between keyboard and computer is not so good.
Status from bluetooth.service is

There some lag when i type on keyboard and signal is poor. Is that hardware issue or is it some missing settings?
