Of course, that doesn't prevent us from being impatient.
Anyway, everything seems working again, at least on my end.

Hi all,
I changed my domain hoster and the new one forgot to remove the old DNSSEC entries from the whois and so some DNS server doesn't resolve archlinux.info correctly.
Now any problem should be solved.
I'm really sorry for the problem

Yeah that would be nice i would like nonfictive@archlinux.info!
Also what are the security implementations that are set for the server?

Trying to switch to claws-mail, I keep getting errors when fetching mail.

Is it wrong on my end or the server's?
/edit
This is on stdout

Hello!
Dear Santa, this year I am very modest:
awebb@...Thank you very much.
I'm not entirely sure what happened after my request. My login data is gone after a data crash earlier this year. Could you send me a new password, please? You can use the email link in my profile.
Thank you!

The server certificate appears to have expired for me, could you fix please? Thanks!

Hmm, the webmail interface is giving me "Connection to storage server failed".

I'm also having a IMAP Connection problem on the ONLINE webmail section - its alright at login on via pop3 in thunderbird but not on the imap settings - could this be checked, if the person who sorts out the authentication problem or whatever the connection problem is.....

Not working here either:
ERROR: All authentication types failed:
PLAIN: command: AUTHENTICATE => socket error: <type 'exceptions.IOError'> - Too many read 0
LOGIN: connection closed
My thought process:
"Hmmm, not getting any forum notifications for arch today"
... bit later
"Hmmm, wonder if my arch email is working... it must be because nobody posted on that topic"
... lot later
"Wait, that last thought based on me not having a notification for that topic in my inbox!!!!"

@parazyd, it seems he has switched to certificates offered by "Let's Encrypt". Earlier he was using Startcom certs.

Ah nice. These should stay then I guess
I'm also using Letsencrypt on my websites. Awesome stuff.

tredaelli,
Is there any simple facility for me to export an archive of my mail to a local file so I can wipe my folders clean from the server? I'm approaching my max usage, and I'd like to clean it up but I don't want to go through each email; being able to export to an archive would be greatly appreciated!
All the best,
-HG
