[solved]Vmplayer not running after update

So I got a 3 gigs update today (I did pacman -Syyu like yesterday so that was pretty unusual) and now vmplayer is not running anymore. I'd like to provide some output but I don't even know what... I see nothing related to this in dmesg nor in systemctl and the vmplayer cmd just doesn't do anything... No error, nothing...

I can start the modules:

 unkn0wn@archie{~}:sudo /etc/init.d/vmware restart
Stopping VMware services:
   VMware Authentication Daemon done
VM communication interface socket family done
   Virtual machine communication interface done
   Virtual machine monitor done
   Blocking file system done

Any idea about that?

solved by reinstalling vmplayer...
