How to trigger resume after suspend

Hi, this may sound like a stupid question but I just could not find an answer with Google so I ask here.

I have Arch installed on a desktop computer, after running `systemctl suspend` the screen went off and the power light started to blink slowly. The question is, how can I wake the system up after that? I has a keyboard and mouse attached via USB, no key or mouse button made any difference. I tried to press the power button but nothing happened. Is there a default key combination to wake the system up or I have to add one in some config file?

The power button should always work for turning the computer on, whether it's shut down or suspended.
