Remove a package from AUR [SOLVED]

Hi everyone,

I pushed to AUR the package plasma-wallpaper-snow-git without properly checking for an existing one.

The existing one wasn't named correctly.

I am interested in 1) how to delete my package, 2) how to rename the other one.

Thank you.

[Solved] See WorMzy's reply.

Re: Remove a package from AUR [SOLVED]

If you log in to the AUR web interface, you can fIle a request from the package's page. You can request a deletion, or a merge (rename) from there.

Re: Remove a package from AUR [SOLVED]

The names seem to be correct. One is for a specific version, the other is a -git package that loads the branch head.
Edit: Oh, that seems to be the fixed version.

Re: Remove a package from AUR [SOLVED]

Yes, the maintainer of the other package changed it to a specific version.

I guess this is better. smile

PS. My bad for missing the wiki article. big_smile
