The only supported method for installing Arch is the official documentation (the Installation Guide) or the community documentation (the Beginners' Guide). For that reason, the thread will remain closed.

Linux is about choice.
Arch community contributions are great. All of them (well, not really, there a few projects with not that much views and responses in the Programming & Scripting (!!!) forum).
The Arch community stated their point of view of installing Arch. Everyone knows about it. All posts that might sound too newbee were killed off within the AUI thread.
AUI is a great shortcut for every Arch user, because most of us don't (re)install their rolling OS. As a human being (and Arch user) you forget things and details and you want to save time.

These sorts of scripts just lull the unwary, unprepared (and sometimes obtuse) into installing an operating system they have no clue how to maintain. That burden then falls on the Arch community who waste enormous amounts of time and patience trying to help these people dig themselves out of that hole.
And seriously, how can you consider that script a shortcut to installing Arch? arch-chroot and pacstrap are shortcuts; those scripts are just spoonfeeding.

Linux is about choice.
These forums are not, though.
Really, linux isn't, either.

The quality of the script is reflected in the fact they can not spell the name of the distribution correctly.
