[SOLVED] Feh, cannot go to next & previous images

I've just installed feh and noticed that pressing any of n, p, <SPACE>, <BACKSPACE>, <LEFT>, <RIGHT> doesn't do anything. Other key bindings work, but not these. I can't go to the next or previous picture.

And also while rotating by < or > I've got a message:

feh WARNING: lossless rotate: Failed to exec jpegexiforient: No such file or directory
feh WARNING: lossless rotate: Failed to update EXIF orientation tag: jpegexiforient returned 1

Should I install something? There's no package 'jpegexiforient' in repos.

My install of feh has the exact same behaviour as you described. But also note that if you open feh with single file, next/previous doesn't work as you'd want i.e. show other pictures in the same directory as do some other programs.

Only if you open feh with multiple argument can you do next/previous. I too think it's inconvinient. but, I also think that behaviour is intended.

You're totally right, I've just opened few files simultaneously and next/prev buttons work. Thanks for response, you teached me a new thing
