xfce4-svn---cannot open settings manager [solved]

i cannot open latest xfce4-svn settings manager. i try it in terminal:

]$ xfce-setting-show
xfce-setting-show: error while loading shared libraries: libxfce4mcs-client.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i search for the missing file:

]$ locate libxfce4mcs-client
/opt/xfce4/lib/libxfce4mcs-client.a
/opt/xfce4/lib/libxfce4mcs-client.so
/opt/xfce4/lib/libxfce4mcs-client.so.2
/opt/xfce4/lib/libxfce4mcs-client.so.2.0.5
/opt/xfce4/lib/pkgconfig/libxfce4mcs-client-1.0.pc

what to do? 

i have already tried deleting all xfce* directories in ~/.config and ~/.cache, and their permissions are ok (mine, not root).

Try running ldconfig.

i did that (as root), but it has no effect..
