can not login into the Megasync : Invalid argument

On one PC I can not login into the Megasync. The UI accepts my credentials, fetches the files list and then errors with "You have been logged out because of this error: Invalid argument"

I'm still using the megasync successful on another pc with the same megasync version. On the working PC I do not install testing packages, on the failed on I do, so I'm wondering if the is a broken dependency now.

Re: can not login into the Megasync : Invalid argument

I removed it with pacman -Rs megasync and then reinstalled pacaur -S megasync, but I still see the same issue.

Re: can not login into the Megasync : Invalid argument

My issue seems to be a corrupt user config file and megasync works for another user on same system. Now to figure out where megasync hides it's config files.

Re: can not login into the Megasync : Invalid argument

Although I don't use Arch, I had the same problem with Debian 8. Strange enough, but it has something to do with cached files in Google-Chrome-Browser resp. Chromium-Browser. After having installed the megasync-extension for Chrome, logged into my account and reloaded the content of the cloud from the server (menu : reload), the issue disappeared in the local megasync-client.
