Sounds like you're missing some dependencies.
run pkgfile libQtWebKit.so.4 , it will tell you which package(s) include that file .
Verify if you have them installed, if not try installing them and see if that helps.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

That you need to learn how to google error messages yourself, not expect the community to do it for you...

In this case, it helps to think about the error message before you start searching.
genymotion:27154): Gtk-WARNING **:Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "murrine",
The meaning of that sentence goes like this :
Gtk-WARNING to genymotion : I can't find "theme engine" murrine .
read up on "gtk theme engines" and "murrine" and it should get clear how this can be solved.

after a while ...
i reinstall geny and get some errors in terminal:
[saeed@saeed bin]$ genymotion
Error while opening log file: /home/saeed/.Genymobile/genymotion.log: No such file or directory
Error while opening log file: /home/saeed/.Genymobile/genymotion.log: No such file or directory
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
so i create a directory in my home with name:/.Genymobile and put a file in it with name:genymotion.log.then again run genymotin command in terminal:
[saeed@saeed bin]$ genymotion
Logging activities to file: /home/saeed/.Genymobile/genymotion.log
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
and this is my log file in /home/saeed/.Genymobile/genymotion.log :
Dec 30 23:37:53 [Genymotion] [Warning] QGtkStyle could not resolve GTK. Make sure you have installed the proper libraries.
Dec 30 23:37:53 [Genymotion] [Warning] libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
any idea?

Hmm, genymotion is a QT program, but your errors sofar are all GTK related (libpng warnings tend to be harmless) .
What WM/DE are you using ?
