Lenovo y510p SLI not working

I'm using Nvidia GT 755m SLI configuration on my Lenovo y510p. Everything works perfectly when I disable SLI, however when I want to enable it, it comes up with a black screen. I've tried using both bumblebee and nvidia drivers and a mix between both, and to no avail it wont work. I've searched through all the threads regarding this issue but nothing has seemed to work for me.

I've been led to believe that only bumblebee will work with SLI on here, so I am currently using that configuration.

Also by SLI not working, I mean it's still not enabled. If I remove the xorg.conf, the gui will boot up but not have SLI enabled. If I restore it and enable SLI through xorg.conf it will give me a black screen.

What makes me think it's not? Well some physical indications include zero fan noise coming from my ultrabay GPU, which would also mean lack of heat coming from it. Other indications included in the second screenshot.

Tested it with only that option in xorg.conf. Still turned up with a black screen

Nah it's a Maxwell and it definitely should use the latest branch of nvidia. You should probably do a `pacman -Rs $(pacman -Qqs xf86-video-*)` anyway though.

Also, can you paste the xorg log you got when you do not have any xorg conf?

Also you got the wrong libgl installed (because you somehow think you should use bumblebee for SLI?). You should have nvidia-libgl:

You need to say yes explicitly. Uppercase N means you imply no when you just press enter:

Well, restart X and see if everything is fine, and then use the xorg conf I pasted before again and see how it goes now. FWIW:

Have you tested whether you can use your second card at all? Try start X with only this xorg conf and your monitor connected to the second card:

Just try to start X "blindly" if you can't see a tty after you switch the connection.

Reason for that I'm assuming is because my second GPU isn't recognized which I've been trying to fix, but after reading that I now realize the problem.
