Creating missing locale en_MY

Hi,

I'm currently residing in Malaysia and it is a multilingual country where English is widely used. However, the only available locale choice is the Malay language based locale ms_MY. I would like to create a new English language based locale, namely en_MY, which is more suitable for general computing use. Can anyone provide me some guidance/reference on this matter? Thanks.

I think you may opt to en_SG.UTF-8 UTF-8 , which is suitable/similar.
