Internal speakers stop working about 2 minutes after boot or wake

hello,
I have my thinkpad x201t installed with a windows 10 and newest archlinux. My problem is the internal speakers stop working about 2 minutes after boot or wake
I think I'm suffering from the same problem as this thread:

I followed the instruction there, edited /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf (this file does not exist initially, I created it)with:

options snd_hda_intel vid=8086 pid=3b56 power_save=0
options snd_hda_intel vid=8086 pid=3b56 snoop=0
options snd_hda_intel vid=8086 pid=3b56 enable_msi=1

where vid and pid were obtained by `lspci -nn | grep -i audio`:
