SSD error on startup

Hello,

My SSD started to fail two days ago. It seemsit only works in some "cold" starts. This is, after a long time of power off the system.

There is three errors in startup:

1) Grub loading Error. It can't load GRUB. This is the less frequent error.
2) Grub loads ok.  But, when Arch Linux kernel starts: "Error: attempt to read or write outside disk 'hd0'"
3) Grub Loads ok, Kernel seems to load ok, but.. :

ata1.00_ STATUS (DRDY)
ata1: softreset failed (device not ready)
ata1.00: exception Emask 0x50 SAct 0x100000 SErr 0x680900 action 06 frozen
ata1.00: irq_stat 0x800000000 interface fatal error
ata1: SError (UnrecovData HostInt 10BQB BadCrc HandShk)
ata1.00 failed command : READ FPDMA QUEUED

I need to replace the SSD? or it can be repared?
