add loglevel=7 should tell you more, however if it's a nouveau issue nomodeset should work usually, you might have to blacklist the nouveau module with
modprobe.blacklist=nouveau
could also be ACPI issues

Seem to be a 'nouveau' bug

Yes that's somewhat normal, the question is why you don't get into an usable system without it loaded, and I don't see an obvious error with nomodeset active...

When i try to run in bios mode. i get this error :
nouveau: DRM:dddddddd:00000000: init failed with -22

Maybe you can try to disable CSM in your UEFI. In my experience it can prevent discrete graphics from working properly in console.

Hi, I've got a similar problem on a similar hardware I solved by using idle=nomwait hope that helps

Do you use nomodeset with idle=nomwait ?,

Hi, sorry for the delay, no I do not use nomodeset, I read that for skylake generation idle=nomwait should be enough.

Hello throwaway2014,
I have an MSI GT72 6QE. Not sure how it is different from 6QD but you need to upgrade to the latest BIOS from MSI. this will expose some new switches in the bios. Disable the switch labelled C-States. Once you've disabled the C-States you will be able to boot normally.
