bbhu.xyz looks like a copycat and a good one at that. I'd wager it isn't legit and may be used in phishing scams.

I haven't tried to login with my username/password (obviously) but it seems to allow logins. Apart from the possible phishing scam or other nastiness(1) it may be running, it might be providing something useful.
The domain seems to be based out of china as ewaller says, but the IP that address resolves to seems to belong to some hosting company is Germany.
(1) Web coding is not my one of my strong points but this does seem to go beyond a simple clone
