Hi mawch,
I had similar issues and replaced the kernel native driver with that in 8192-dkms from AUR. Solved the problem instantly but obviously it's a bit of a faff when the kernel is upgraded.

but I cant download the drive of 8192-dkms when makepkg.perhaps the Chinese net ?

I've had poor reliability with Realtek Wifi on Windows and Linux. My solution is to immediately replace any troublesome brand with an Intel Wifi. With all the laptop parts sellers around Wifi network cards are cheaper than fussing with drivers.

You will have to be more specific about the problem or error messages you get when trying to git clone it from the AUR.
