[SOLVED] archiso - build using packages available at a previous time

If you're having a problem with building an archiso releng ISO without making any changes, is there any way to re-build using packages available at a given time?

I'd love to be able to re-build the released archiso on the first of the month, using it's timestamp.  Then, be able to binary search out where my problem is coming in.
