I'm a newbie in arch linux world, i follow a tutorial to install it on my machine.
When I finished it, i was beginning to install the kde apps by typing in Konsole:
pacman -S --needed kde-applications
but i got the following errors:

Might also be a non functioning mirror, but right now you are trying to install outdated packages, if the issue persists with above command try changing your mirror.
