tulizu - View and customize ASCII art included /etc/issue files

Hello!

Some weeks ago I came across this old thread  and like it.
Because edit, view and post such files is tricky I start to write a script for this and endet up in tulizu.
There are the files included posted in the mentioned thread and some variations of my own in tizu file format.

If someone like to try it, here you are.
