Hi guys
I'm fairly new to Arch and I'm a maintainer of the rclone package. Recently rclone made it into the community repo, and it has been suggested that the AUR package should be renamed to rclone-bin - is this something I can do as a maintainer? Additionally, I tried to update the package to the latest release but when I pushed my commit I'm informed that the package is blacklisted. I'm inexperienced here, so apart from creating an rclone-bin package and then requesting a merge, I'm not sure how to proceed.

Mmm, that's a slip up on the TU's side. When they submitted their rclone package, they should've removed the AUR package. Perhaps they didn't because, as you point out, the AUR package was incorrectly named.
You should resubmit the package under the new name, by changing the pkgname and git remote url. The request a merge using the AUR web interface.

Righto, all done and a merge requested. Thanks!
