After clean-reinstalling my system, I can no longer run X3AP directly from steam. Before, I had to delete 2 libs from steam libs storage (so games would use my system ones) and all games worked flawlessly. Most of the games still work in that way, except for X3AP. When running from terminal, it gives no errors, just "aborted". I found some weird script (I cant provide it right now) in game folder that was supposed to test for deps and run game executable. I've tried to make steam run game executable directly as well as removing everything from that script, leaving only ./X3AP_main (main executable). It still just crashes without any errors at all. I've tried to record logs, but still nothing. Problem itself, as I think, with outdated internal steam libraries, since game works flawlessly if I run it directly, without steam (it runs even if steam is not running at all). In fact, all my games works just fine if I run it directly (except for valve ones and terraria, since they need steamapi). I've tried to remove libraries that said to cause problems on steam archwiki page, but it didnt work. I also dont want to use STEAM_RUNTIME=0 since it would require me to install these steam libraries to my system.

Do you have an NVIDIA card, perchance?

Yes, I have laptop with nvidia graphics using bumblebee. I dont think these problems are related though, since, as I said, all my games works just fine, if I run it directly without steam (steam have it's own set of libraries that are being loaded instead of system ones), also valve source games works just fine in steam for me(tested on gmod).
