My archlinux doesent recognized my bluetooth on my laptop so i done this [SOLVED] Lenovo Yoga 2 Bluetooth / Laptop Issues / Arch Linux Forums and now my bluetooth can be enabled and it is showen on status bar, but it is not finding any devices and othere devices dont find it too (it is visible in settings)
at startup i get this logs:

No Bluetooth adapters have been found.

What DE and bluetooth manager are you using?
Check if bluetooth adapter it's blocked by rfkill with
rfkill list I would try with bluetoothctl command too, try scanning and enabling the discoverable mode from there. Use "help" to get the commands.
