Braille characters not monospace in Konsole

Hello everyone! After updating htop to 2.0, I tried to test its new ability to draw graphs using Braille unicode characters. While it looks okay in Konsole when the font is Terminus, switching it back to Source Code Pro (or any other TTF font installed) makes the graphs look ugly:

Seems that these characters are not rendered as monospace. Any ideas how to fix it?

Re: Braille characters not monospace in Konsole

Sorry for resurrecting a 5 years old question, but I had the same problem for a while and it is very annoying. I just now found a fix and would like to make others able to find it:

In your konsole/yakuake shell profile, under advanced settings, turning off "Bi-Directional text rendering" fixes the rendering of the usage graph through Braille characters for me.
