[SOLVED]No sound in FTL or Civ 5 on steam.

First i would like to say that im new to Arch linux.

Okay so sound works in Pillars of eternity, firefox and smplayer, but not in FTL or Civ 5.
After searching the web i found https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=173528
So i did install the lib32-alsa-plugins, but no change.

I also tried to start FTL from the terminal withc gave me this:

[utter@utterPC FTL Faster Than Light]$ ./FTL
Loading Arch = amd64
/home/utter/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/FTL Faster Than Light/data/amd64/bin/FTL: error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

so after searching the web what libGLU is, it lookst to me that it hase somthing to do with graphics and not sound.
And so i thought that is not how i start FTL from the terminal.

I did run Antergos before, and FTL workt fine there.

And as sound is working elsewhere i am lost.

When you start games inside Steam the output will be copied to: /tmp/dumps/username_stdout.txt

Thanks that is good to know. And for som reason the sound works in FTl and Civ 5 this morning. but not last night...
So what i think solved it was removing lib32-alsa-plugins and then reinstall it and reboot the machine.

I feel so stupid asking now ^^;

Thanks for the help anyhow Ziusudra.
