i wish to know whether Arch linux and Arch Anywhere are the same distro ?

I had never heard of it - so my answer was going to be "No".
Then I looked it up, and now my answer is "Definitely No".
Install Arch Linux Anywhere, regardless of your level of experience.
There's a horrible idea: here kids, get your very own chainsaw, there's no need to take any safety classes or learn how to use it, just fire it up and start having fun.
EDIT: on the other hand, it seems it may do a proper install without any horribly advised shortcuts (other than the user not knowing what was done), nor does it install that aur helper is far to often "preinstalled" on a lot of arch derivatives.

I don't think that link answers the question nor does it apply here The OP didn't ask for support on Arch Anywhere but asked for advice whether it is something official.
