Upgrade to FreeType 2.2!

Hi all!

The next release of freetype2 will break many programs/libs that don't use it correctly. (to devs) Please visit http://freetype.sourceforge.net/freetyp … tches.html to see a list of available patches. I think it'd be good if we begin now.
