Hello,
I am using an Apple Magic Mouse with Arch Linux and it works pretty fine, except for the scrolling.
I have read it works out of the box with Ubuntu or Mint so there probably a way to make it works under Arch too.
Do you know how to fix it?

Have you tried pairing the mouse with your computer? I needed to do that in order to get my magic mouse scrolling.

Yes, I paired it with bluetoothctl but the scrolling doesn't work. It is frustrating because it looks to work fine and out of the box with other distributions.

There is a module option in the hid-magicmouse kernel module called emulate_scroll_wheel.
Make sure yours is set by running:
systool -v -m hid-magicmouse
Look for the line that has emulate_scroll_wheel in the Parameters section of the output. It should be set to "Y". If it isn't, try running the following as root:
modprobe -r hid-magicmouse
modprobe hid-magicmouse emulate_scroll_wheel=Y
It has been a while since I had a Magic Mouse so I cannot verify that this information is still up to date, but I hope that it helps.

I have the same problem with the magic mouse 2. I tried the steps above as suggested by moof323, but, it still didn't work.
EgidioCaprino, did you manage to find a fix?
Edit: I confirm that scrolling works on magic mouse 1, but not on magic mouse 2!
