I've just installed Xfce DE and I'm thinking if installing TLP will make my laptop work longer time or will it interfere with TLP and crash because of running both Xfce Power Manager and TLP? Shouldn't Xfce PM be enough? Any advice?

As much as I remember xfce4-power-manager does handle your lock/suspend on lid on/off, type events, while TLP is at different level, there are no conflicts between them. Check arch-wiki for article on TLP.
Arch is home!

xfce4-power-manager: "No suspend on lid closing" setting
TLP: default settings
There may be some conflicts or bugs. Once closes the lid, wait, open the lid. Sometimes shows black blank screen with no function of keyboard or mouse, but power is still on. Should press & hold power button to kill the laptop.
