Can't mount /dev/loop0

u I am trying to install Arch, but as you can probably see from the subject, I can't.

The problem is basically that it boots, shows up that little menu, I select either i686 or x86_64, the screen blinks black for a moment, and then it gives me this error:

:: Mounting /dev/loop0 onto /run/(...)
Partition is write-protected, mounting read-only
Mount failed. (a list of possible errors)

And the same thing happens when typing

mount -r /dev/loop0 /run/(...)

.

I booted from a USB, then from a DVD, both with the same image (I checked the checksum).

Sorry if any details are missing, I couldn't remember everything.
