I all application (actually a checked in a few: Pycharm, Idea, yakuake ...) shortcuts that require combination with two control keys (alt, ctrl, shift ...) don't work.
For example Pycharm and Idea doesn't trigger events for: alt+shift+v, alt+ctr+v, alt+shift+c, alt+ctrl+z, alt+ctrl+x ... Meaning IDE doesn't detect combination at all if I press it. ( jetbrains products show pressed keys on keybinding option, so it's easy to find whether pressed combinations fire events)
However while for example alt+shift+v,... don't work, all other shortcuts with alt+shift do work. The same story with other combination (ctrl+shitf , ctrl+alt ...)
It seems that some application intercept the combination, but I can't find which one ;( I already checked "Global shortcuts", "Application Keyboard shortcuts", "Custom shortcuts" - but nothing is there.
One thought was that it's Idea/pycharm issue, but other applications don't detect shortcuts either. It seems to me like plasma5 issue, despite I didn't test other DEsl . Does anyone experienced the same? I'd be glad to any kind of help of guidance. Thanks in advance!
I'm using up to date Archlinux, Kde 5.12 and kernel 4.4.5

I am on the 4.6.0-rc1-mainline kernel (mostly) still using good old kde4. The last update of Yakuake (3.0.2, kde 5.20, qt 5.6) is sporadically either not doing anything, adds garbage or sometimes works ok if I try to paste via ctrl + shif + v.
