Key Ring update, Now my USB ports Doesn't Work

Hi, first of all I want to say hi to the community, because I’m new in the forum.
My problem is the following: I was installing Arch Linux in my Asus x205TA, as some of you may know this is a 32-bit UEFI little bastard, so i was having trouble to proceed with installation from the very beginning
When i was finally able to start installing  arch linux I get this Error
"error: key 5F702428F70E0909 could not be locked up remotely"

So i figured that i should update the Key ring, and I run the following commands :

pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring
pacman -Su

at some point, the process interrupt itself to show me at error of connection (my internet connectiong was via Android Tethering) This was due to the weird fact that the computer, suddenly,  stop recognizing all the USB ports.

i'm desperate, please help.

Thanks.

Some (maybe) useful info:
I'm using LABEL: ARCH_201412  (i suspect that my problem have something to do with the data of my ISO)
When i try to modiify the gpg.conf file i get the folliwing error:

[437844.646184]SQASHFS error: squashfs_read_data failed to read block 0x7833b68
[437844.655603]SQASHFS error: squashfs_read_data failed to read block 0x7833b68
