[solved] Transmission won't delete downloads

I grabbed the torrent image of the arch iso, and now tried to delete the torrent.

After confirming the torrent does disappear, but only until the next launch of Transmission (GTK).

Besides, any added torrents are not downloaded - when visiting the list of peers, only "no updates schedules" is visible.

Do you have any ideas why this happens?
