I'm trying to setup Russian layout on Fcitx using Gnome 3, however when I added it to input methods and switched to it, I'm still writing in English. I'm also using Japanese-Mozc which works flawlessly, however somehow Russian layout doesn't works.
I also noticed that when I'm making Russian layout as a first Input method, I can write it, but when I'm trying to switch to English or Japanese, I'm still writing Russian. I have removed iBus packages before using fcitx, and added the following to .xprofile -
