KDE Plasma 5.6: Can't use Ctrl + A anymore

Hey, this is serious. I have changed some Kwin shortcuts and suddenly Ctrl + A has stopped working. My Kwin shortcuts hadn't anything to do with this. OK, you might think, fine, check the global shortcuts in Kcontrol and change it back. But they are fine, Ctrl + A is set, see the screenshot. I even tried reverting all global shortcuts to defaults via the button on the buttom left ("Voreinstellungen") but this doesn't change anything, even with relogins.
Can someone help me here?
(Screenshot is in German, "Ctrl" is rightly named "Strg" and I think the German translation confuses "global shortcuts" with "application-specific shortcuts".)
