Can't shutdown my laptop

Hey Arch Linux community..
I can't shutdown my Laptop. When I click it I'm Stuck at the Black Screen with text...
What information do you need to help me?

How did we arrive at this black screen?  That does the text say?  Had you been running a GUI environment?  Which one?
Make and model of laptop?  Processor? Graphics card?  How do you boot linux?
