systemctl hibernate | Not Working

Help Needed Here,

I am using a up to date version of Arch + Xfce4, trying the enable Hibernation but failed ater following the online Documentation

This what goes on with me:

1- I run systemctl hibernate
2- the system freez
3- the system flashes once and then returns
4- the after 1 minute, the system shuts down

When Restarting, it never Resumes, it Starts as if it was Shunted Down Normally...

have you put "resume=XXX" line in your kernel parameters? + resume hook in mkinitcpio??
