I already had this problem on Ubuntu and compiling latest version of gnome-do-plugins[1] by hand
fixed this issue.
But now on arch linux I can not compile gnome-do-plugins because it throw error
> checking which DBus implementation Banshee.CollectionIndexer requires... ndesk-dbus
checking for DBUS_SHARP... no
checking for DBUS_SHARP_GLIB... no
checking for DBUS_SHARP... no
configure: error: Package requirements (ndesk-dbus-1.0) were not met:
No package 'ndesk-dbus-1.0' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DBUS_SHARP_CFLAGS
and DBUS_SHARP_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
I have installed dbus-sharp

Found gnome-do-plugins-0.8.5-2-any.pkg.tar.xz[1] and flickrnet-3.10.0-2-any.pkg.tar.xz[2]
Install locally `pacman -U <package>` now plugins work ...
But it's really creepy
