On the boot I get a error about loading the wireless firmware. Who can I find this error in the log?

what's the error?
what wireless chipset do you have?
what driver are you trying to use?

Im using Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG (ipw2200)
I havn't installed any drivers.
That's what I asked about: How can I display the error that shows under the boot? Because it goes so fast that I can't see what stands there.

pacman -S ipw2200-fw

Yes, that could indeed be the problem. Loading firmware you don't have is generally difficult by anyones standards

Improper irony aside, I have the same problem on three different machines with latest udev (091-3). Downgrade to 091-2 (if you have still the package in cache) solves the issue and firmware is loaded again.
I am going to post a bug.

im the same as patroclo7, my prism54 firmware (isl3890) is now not found even though its still resides in /lib/firmware
Is there another directory where it is supposed to be?

I was not able to write down a proper bug report: the new udev 091-4 and the problem is fixed
