feed changed to atom from rss

Arch-linux official rss feed seems to have changed from rss to atom adding one more step to parse the data for simple feedreaders like snownews (which do not support https and atom). So now reading feed requires using curl/wget to get the feed and using atom2rss script before snownews can parse the data.
