High temperature after 4.5.1-1 updating

Hi everybody,
after updating the kernel to 4.5.1-1 my i7 HP ProBook 450G0 start to have high CPU temperature around 70° even if there are no big processes that are running.
Furthermore  i've noticed that there is always something that is writing on the disk.
