Web conferencing

Hello all,
I am having a hard time finding web conferencing programs that work in Linux.  My ideal requirements are:
0. Allow linux machine to attend meeting.
1. Allow multiple (>2) users to share a meeting with voice and chat
2. Allow linux client to host meeting
3. Allow screen sharing from linux client (ideally, with (2), from linux host)
4. Support video  / web cam to some extent

Skype was my go-to for a long time, as it satisfied all these needs.  However, Skype for Linux is not being updated, and the version drift between linux and mac/pc clients is such that items (3)-(4) no longer work when item (1) is in effect.  The commercial web-based tools I've found, namely join.me and Citrix GoTo Meeting, do not satisfy (2), and I'm not sure whether Citrix even supports (0) these days.

I am willing to pay a fee for such a service, since the expense would be business-related.

I'm wondering if anyone else has found a solution? I made my T450 dual-boot mainly because of this issue, but having to reboot every time I want to run a web meeting is kind of a drag (plus it requires e.g. software build environments to be dual-installed if I want to run a demo)

I have also not investigated Wine solutions yet because Wine tends to be unreliable for me anyway, but I would be interested to know if someone has had success via that route.

Thanks!

Re: Web conferencing

As kokoko3k mentioned, talky.  That is an implementation of: WebRTC which is an open standard.  If for some reason you don't like talky (and it is good so you should like it) then searching for other WebRTC clients would be the place to start.

Re: Web conferencing

Talky does indeed look promising-- thanks! I will also read up on WebRTC.

Re: Web conferencing
